Chongqing Shengshi Xinxing Gree Electrical Appliance Sales Co., Ltd. was established in 1998. It is the sales management organization of Southwest China established by Zhuhai Gree Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd, which is responsible for market development, product sales, channel management and after-sales service of Gree products in Chongqing and Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. At present, the company has eight departments with more than 600 full-time employees and 850 professional sales personnel; more than 100 Gree Air-conditioning after-sales service management centers and 120 regional customer service management centers have been established, and the largest “air-conditioning spare parts warehouse” in Southwest China has been established; it has more than 3700 fast and powerful after-sales service outlets which serve 16 million users.
